Poster Presenter Guidelines

Poster Numbers:

Your poster number is important to remember as this will be where you hang your poster within the hall and determines when you will be presenting. Your poster number is different from the control number you received when submitting your abstract.
If you cannot remember your poster number, please use the poster number database:

Poster Sessions:

Poster Session 1:
Saturday, March 18: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Odd Numbers: 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
  • Even Numbers: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM
Poster Session 2:
Sunday, March 19: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Odd Numbers: 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
  • Even Numbers: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

It is important for you to be present at your poster during these times to answer questions and discuss issues on your research with meeting attendees.

POSTER FORMAT & SETUP:

Each poster will have a display area of four (4) feet high by four (4) feet wide (125 cm x 125 cm) to display your materials. The overall area is reduced by a two-inch frame on all four sides.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZES FOR THE POSTERS ARE FOUR (4) FEET HIGH BY FOUR (4) FEET WIDE or 125 CENTIMETERS BY 125 CENTIMETERS

You may display your information in figures, tables, text, photographs, etc. Please prepare all illustrations neatly and legibly beforehand, in a size sufficient to read at a distance of three (3) feet. A series of typewritten sheets attached to the poster board is not acceptable.  Push pins (thumbtacks) will be available to fasten your material to the poster board.

POSTER SETUP TIME:

  • Friday, March 17, 2023, from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Posters MUST remain on display until 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling. Any posters remaining after 5:30 pm on Sunday will be removed by staff and OARSI cannot be responsible for your poster.

Please note that all presenters are expected to cover their own travel and lodging and pay the registration fees.
ALL presenters are required to register for the meeting.
